Humming is one of the best sound healing practices available, and it's pretty much free. But if you'd like some music to hum with, then feel free to hum with me.
These guitar flows emerged out of my own practice and encapsulate different feelings and intentions. The repetitive guitar motif's are meant to allow the mind the relax into the while you sink into the permeating vibrations of your own voice.
