Refund Policy on Live Sessions and Appointments

Refunds will be allowed up to 30 days after the purchase if you have not scheduled and received your session. After 30 days, your purchase will not be refundable.  

Once you receive your session refunds will not be available.  

If we schedule your appointment and you don't show up for your appointment, no refund will be available.  If you schedule your appointment and need to reschedule, please contact us no less than 24 hours before your appointment.    

Return Policy on Digital Downloads & Merch

Returns and refunds are not allowed for any digital download or merch item.  

Return Policy on Subscription Services

If you sign-up for a subscription membership to group sessions and other services, you can cancel your membership at any time but charges that have already posted will not be refunded.
