As a sound healer myself, deeply inspired these past months by the work of David Gibson and the Sound Healing Institute, I’ve been impressed by how Nicholas brings these teachings with such clarity, practicality, and precision. His guidance always goes straight to the essence of sound healing and immediately shows us how to apply it in practice.
What also stands out is his strong background as a musician. That solid foundation adds incredible depth and grounding to his work as a sound healer.

Nicholas is a very intuitive and knowledgeable teacher! In the hummin being classes, myself and another have been learning so much about our voices, how we breathe, and exploring the different frequencies that we can create. I was so surprised when I felt and heard some harmonic overtones coming from myself while following his demonstrations.
In class, Nicholas touches base on how everyone is feeling and encourages expression and release through sound. It is playful, profound, powerful, personal, beautiful, blissful, cleansing, fun, and healing. Every class leaves us feeling so peaceful and grateful, with a deeper understanding and appreciation for our own voices.
We would 200% recommend this class to anyone and everyone of all ages and backgrounds! We enjoy it so much and are infinitely grateful that Nicholas makes it affordable and accessible for everyone. This is like a yoga class for your voice and soul!
I've taken Nicholas' in-person workshop and done both his home note private session as well as his Hummin' Being Bootcamp. Nicholas is very skilled at guiding. His workshops are fun, relaxed, very helpful. With the home note session, I was pretty skeptical that I would be able to tell a big difference between notes or that I'd gravitate to one note much more than others, but it is very, very clear when you hear your note. The note played is in a soundscape of other, complimentary sounds. Now that I have my home note and a soundscape to listen to in key with my home note, I hum with it daily and it's now my favorite grounding technique. It's also a great way to prepare for a pranayama or meditation practice. I also leave it on loop and practice yoga to it, or do other things mindfully around the house and at work. The Hummin' Being Bootcamp is also excellent every month with new people joining and each session practicing humming together (a lot like meditating with others) and coming up with a medicine song using someone's words or collectively creating one. I wish I'd had this kind of guidance earlier on in my journey, but I'm so glad it's here now and that others needing support with their voice have it!
Nicholas‘s sound healing helped me in just the first session! Not only could I feel the vibration right off but my nerve pain calmed down significantly for days afterward.
I’ve read a lot and agree with somatic understanding of calming down our nervous system. The humming and sound healing that Nicholas offers took my understanding. a step further in helping the whole body.
