How to cancel your subscription.
Managing your access to our courses and community is simple. You can update or cancel your membership directly through your account dashboard.
How do I cancel my Tevello subscription?
You have full control over your membership and can cancel your recurring subscription at any time. No need to email support—just follow these steps:
- Log In: Visit our store and sign in to your Customer Account.
- Go to Subscriptions: In your account menu, click on the Subscriptions tab.
- Manage Your Plan: Select the active Tevello membership or course subscription you wish to end.
- Cancel: Under the Overview section, click Cancel subscription and confirm your choice.
What happens after I cancel?
- Access: You will typically retain access to your Tevello courses and community content until the end of your current billing period.
- Future Charges: Once canceled, you will not be billed again unless you choose to reactivate your plan.
Can I pause my subscription instead?
Yes! If you just need a break, you can follow the same steps above but select Pause subscription (if available) instead of canceling. This keeps your progress saved without charging you for the upcoming cycle.
I can't see the "Subscriptions" tab. What should I do?
If you don't see the subscriptions option in your account, ensure you are logged in with the same email address used during your initial purchase. If you still have trouble, please contact our support team for assistance.
Pro Tip: To avoid being charged for the next month, make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
