This flute is made from a light orange piece of hemlock. This wood has a nice medium weight. It is a softwood, but harder than cedar or redwood. It has a silky smooth finish. I find that this wood lends an exceptional quality to the voice of the flute. It has grown to be one of my favorite flute woods.

This flute is made from FSC certified wood.  FSC certification ensures that products come from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social and economic benefits.

Flutes in the key of F sharp (F#) are a wonderful choice for people with larger hands, or people with some flute playing experience already. If you already have a key of G flute, this would be a great next step in advancing your flute playing to a lower key. The finger hole stretch is larger than on the key of G and the overall length of the flute is longer. The F# flute has a lower voice than the key of G . Tip:  Use the measurements tab to the right to view the hole spacing and don’t forget to scroll through the photos to find a video sound sample.

This 6 hole flute is tuned the universal standard 440 hz concert tuning and features a pentatonic minor scale ( the most common scale for modern Native American flutes). With the guidance of the booklet, you can learn to play many other scales on this flute which make use of all 6 holes.

Managing your access to our courses and community is simple. You can update or cancel your membership directly through your account dashboard.

How do I cancel my Tevello subscription?

You have full control over your membership and can cancel your recurring subscription at any time. No need to email support—just follow these steps:

1. Log In: Visit our store and sign in to your Customer Account.
2. Go to Subscriptions: In your account menu, click on the Subscriptions tab.
3. Manage Your Plan: Select the active Tevello membership or course subscription you wish to end.
4. Cancel: Under the Overview section, click Cancel subscription and confirm your choice.

What happens after I cancel?

• Access: You will typically retain access to your Tevello courses and community content until the end of your current billing period.
• Future Charges: Once canceled, you will not be billed again unless you choose to reactivate your plan.

Can I pause my subscription instead?

Yes! If you just need a break, you can follow the same steps above but select Pause subscription (if available) instead of canceling. This keeps your progress saved without charging you for the upcoming cycle.

I can't see the "Subscriptions" tab. What should I do?

If you don't see the subscriptions option in your account, ensure you are logged in with the same email address used during your initial purchase. If you still have trouble, please contact our support team for assistance.
